Unique Innovative Networking Solutions is a MSP company that provides technical solutions for small to midsize businesses across the country. UINS services clients all over North and Central Texas, Northwest Indiana including Midwest surrounding areas. UINS has built a platform to be able to help businesses in all states. Our team performs customized network assessment with plans to take your company's infrastructure to the next level. Unique uses remote management and monitoring (RMM) for servers and desktops in order to keep up with daily alerts within your organization. UINS includes onsite visits to check on users and physical equipment as well.
Ciara Jackson CEO
The vision behind Unique Innovative Networking Solutions started in 2014. Formerly known as Jackson Consulting the CEO Ciara Jackson worked as a Network/System Administrator for Community HealthNet clinic in Indiana. After running the entire IT department for 5 locations the decision was made to start a MSP company. Ciara is a former Chief Information Officer for the Illinois State Board of Investments. With a diverse background in technology the CEO found her way over to Quest Technology as a Network Manager. Before becoming a CIO or Manager, Ciara worked in the industry as a contractor for several companies such as BMO Harris Bank, Chicago Cubs, Community Health Net and many other entities. 8 straight years in the industry meeting user needs and growing with the industry. Completed a Master’s Degree in Information Security and a MBA from Keller Business School.
Tamiko Hollimon President
UINS President Tamiko Hollimon has been working in the Technology field for over 25 years and has over 30 plus years in Customer Organization Services. She’s obtained her Associates in Computer & Technology, Bachelor’s in Computer Science, & Master of Information Systems. With those degrees she’s made application of her education in many business endeavors such as infrastructure services, information technology, and the mechanics of computer technology. Tamiko’s main goal is to offer world-wide services to enhance small to global businesses with the knowledge she has obtained over the years to increase their level of services. Partnering with Ciara Jackson has permitted an increase in capabilities for future companies and UINS endeavors.
